Q: What area do you serve?

A: We proudly serve Austin, TX and the surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area.

Q: Does the rental include an attendant?
Â
A: No, an attendant is not included in the standard rental, but you can add one on for an additional fee if needed. For all outdoor events, an attendant is required and will be charged at the add-on rate.

Q: What if I don’t need the photo booth for the entire package time?
A: No problem! You’re welcome to use less time than what’s included in your package, but the price stays the same. If you’re not sure how many hours you’ll actually need, we ’re happy to help you choose the best package for your event.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date receive a full refund of any payments made. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to move your booking to a new date, subject to availability.
